How to Participate
If you are interested in participating in our study, read below to learn more.
Are you eligible?
- 50 years or older
- Living with Chronic Pain
- Seeking medical marijuana treatment OR do not plan to start medical marijuana treatment
What will you be asked to do?
- Two full-length in-person assessments
- Follow-up every 3 months
- Provide blood and urine samples
- Complete surveys and assessments
- Complete short surveys on your smartphone
- Wear a Fitbit periodically
How long does participation last?
Participation lasts up to 12 months.
Where is the study located?
We are located in Gainesville, Florida and Jacksonville, Florida.
How many people will be recruited?
We hope to recruit 440 adults aged 50 and older.
